Stolen Words is a book written Melanie Florence and illustrated by Gabrielle grimaced and its a great children the book talks about a little girl who asks his grandfather how to say grand father in “Cree” but his grandfather for got how to say it in “Cree”(first nation’s language) so the little girl gave his grand father her dream catcher. The next day the little girl said “here grandpa i found a book that has written words in Cree in it i asked my teacher to find one in the library” his grand opened the book and found how to say grandfather in “Cree” THE END in my opinion i think this book tells you how family is so important and how residential school affect first nations +

Today i’m going to be talking about a story called “Hey Little Ant”it is a great children’s book the author of this book was Phillip Hannah hoose and illustrated by Debbie Tilley The book tells you everything here on this world has a purpose.The age that this book was for was kids for 3-7 years old. The book was about a little kid who was walking down the street and saw an ant and was going to step on it and the ant talked to him and they started to have a conversation. In my opinion i liked the book even though the book was for children’s but i thought the book was amazing.
